The day to day running of the College is devolved to the College's professional staff.

The Head of Nuffield College
is called the Warden.
The Warden, who is a distinguished academic, leads the College
in developing its academic policy, financial priorities and
chairs most of the College's major academic appointment committees.

Most of the non-academic activities of the College are overseen by the College's Bursar.
The Bursar is a non-academic, professional administrator. He can be contacted through
bursars.secretary@nuffield.ox.ac.uk.
